Stephanie Landavazo is Realtor/Owner of The Landavazo Group @ Bennion Deville Homes in Redlands, Ca. In 2003, Stephanie started her real estate career with Century 21 where she learned and grew into the business. Ten years later Stephanie decided to open and manage her own office and team which is now known as The Landavazo Group. Since her establishment, her team has closed over $10,000,000 in sales each year and they continue to prosper.
Stephanie specializes in residential real estate in all of California from Northern to Southern and everything in between. Some of her clients have been major investors from New York, Celebrities, Doctors, Lawyers and the majority, Friends, Family and Referrals.
Stephanie grew up in Yucaipa, Ca and graduated from Yucaipa High School in 1991. She then moved on to the University of Utah where she studied business. In 1998 Stephanie wanted to intrigue her adventurous side and became a flight attendant for Skywest Airlines where she was based in various cities including Salt Lake City, Portland and Palm Springs.
Stephanie's greatest pleasure is spending quality time with her family. She also enjoys sports and traveling whenever possible. Stephanie is happily married to her high school sweetheart Mike, her husband of 17 years. Together they have two daughters, Jordan, age 14, and Rian, age 12.
Stephanie has also been the Assistant Softball Coach for the past 9 years at Yucaipa High School where in 2015 they were named #1 Team in the Nation and CIF Champions. She is also a member of the local Women's Golf Club and organizes multiple golf tournaments throughout the year for charity.

Tammra is a licensed Realtor, as well as our Transaction Coordinator. She joined the LG at the end of 2015, and has been a great asset to the team ever since. The service she provides is based around her knowledge and communication techniques, which is greatly appreciated by clients and affiliates who work with her. Born in La Verne, raised in Rancho Cucamonga, works in Redlands, currently living in Beaumont, and family spread throughout, Tammra has a wide range of connections all throughout Southern California. Not to mention how she worked in the Restaurant Industry for 13 years, which she then took those personable skills to flourish in her Real Estate career. Aside from closing deals, Tammra loves spending time with her husband and dog (chocolate lab), traveling to different national parks, visiting baseball stadiums, music, hiking, helping others, scrap-booking, and a love for photography, which has credited her nickname ‘Tammra the Camera.’ She is a winter baby, Disney fanatic, shopping guru, and a true Sagittarius, with a big heart and sharp tongue. Joann Rutland is a Realtor, licensed in 2005. She started dabbling in the Industry due to her love for people and homes, from the architectural designs of some of the finest homes in the country to the diamond in the rough, with the potential for a return on your investment.
